Why moping is effective for Gustafson

Jeff Gustafson explains a technique used in Canada referred to as Moping. Moping is the northern term for the southern technique of Damiki Rigging a soft plastic. It’s a great winter technique, but Gustafson says its useful in summer and fall too.
