What does it do?
It’s a topwater bait, but it’s actually several in one.
Why do I need it?
You like getting a topwater plug smashed, right? This one should fit the bill nicely.
How do I use it?
One of two ways, either a splasher or a walker. When walking, a side-to-side movement is best, and when splashing it, vary your cadence until it gets hammered. You can keep adjusting the lip until you find just the right amount of commotion.
What sets it apart?
It’s got a lip that is adjustable to make the bait a walker, splasher or a hybrid of the two. If you drag the lower jaw downward, the X-Pod grabs water and splashes about. As you “close” the mouth, the more of a walker it becomes. It’s many baits in one. Plus, the ultra-realistic finish will fool the most finicky of bass.
