What sets it apart?
The interesting thing about the ExoPod is the compact and simple design allows for multiple posibilities. Could it function as bladed-jig or spinnerbait trailer? How about a Texas- or Carolina-rigged presentation? The answer to all of those questions is yes.
How do I use it?
With a channel in the bait’s body for the hook, it can be used in a variety of ways. The flanges dance nicely beneath the surface, and the body is thick enough to stay on the hook. Karl’s suggests turning the flanges 90 degrees (so they are pointed up and down) on a swimbait head or as a trailer to mimic a fish more than horizontal (to mimic a crawfish).
