Coming in at 3 1/8-inches, the Yo-Zuri 3DR-X Series Jerkbait features a small profile that packs a punch. While traditional three-hook jerkbaits get a lot attention throughout the year, there’s certain situations where a downsized jerkbait will get bites when nothing else will. The internal 3D prism paint jobs make the 3DR-X Series jerkbait incredibly lifelike and provides the bait with a unique shimmer in water. This makes the bait look much more like a smaller baitfish. Equipped with premium treble hooks and hardware, the 3DR-X is ready to go right out of the package.
HOW DO I USE IT?
The Yo-Zuri 3DR-X 80 Jerkbait is a bait that can play all year long depending on the situation. Early in the year when the water is cold and the bass are lethargic, a small profile jerkbait can be a great choice. Once the water begins to warm, bass begin to school on small baitfish that are often hard to mimic which makes the 3DR-X 80 a solid bet as well. Given that the 3DR-X 80 suspends in the 2-3- foot range, it is also a great choice when fishing over submerged vegetation. Available in eight life-like colors, there’s sure to be a color that matches the hatch of the baitfish in your body of water.
