Bryan Schmitt made it to the last day of the Whataburger Bassmaster Elite at Pickwick Lake. He makes tie to grab a qucik interview with Dave Mercer.

As the young morning sun bears down on Schmitt, he shades his face to make sure he is picking the right path.
Schmitt fights through boat traffic waves to get to his first stop safe.
Arriving at his first spot, he gets to work.
He can see them on his forward facing soanar.
The wrong size is biting.
And now the wrong species is biting. It appears to be a sauger; but we are still not sure.
He heads to his second stop of the morning.
A drop shot is Schmitt’s primary bait choice this morning.
Since the fish are not eating the finesse style bait, he switches to big spoon.
After scanning with his sonar, he decides to head to the next stop.
After being frsutrated once again, he heads to another stop.
Finally, Schmitt hooks up with his first keeper of the day.
While using finesse gear, you have to play the fish very crefully.
