See what waters await the Elites ahead of the 2023 Marathon Bassmaster Elite at Lake Murray!

It’s Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the final day of practice for the Marathon Bassmaster Elite at Lake Murray.
It’s 8 a.m., the winds are calm and the temperature is rising into the high 50s, with an average water temperature of the mid- to upper-60s where these photos were taken.
I flew the drone over habitat that will be In play through the weekend as the tournament plays out.
Those areas in play will include creeks, pockets, islands and shoals extending off of those in the main lake, and narrow creeks. All of it supporting bass movement during the spawning cycle underway on Lake Murray.
