The fish are firing right now. Bryan Schmitt just caught his 5th fish, and it was a big one. As he was fighting to bring the fish onboard, the hook actually came out of the fish as Schmitt was pinning it to boat, but he was able to chuck his rod and grab the fish’s lip with his other hand to bring this 4-8 in the boat. Wow.
John Cox also just boated a 5- pounder to push him to 18-4 on the day, the biggest bag so far.
