Greg Hackney just moved into lead according to BassTrakk. He has a limit now for 18-12 with three 4-pounders in his bag and no real big ones yet. Hackney has been tossing small keepers back this morning, even prior to filling his limit. And he’s not the only angler we’ve seen do this, as a few are showing full confidence they’ll catch bigger fish later. A two-and-a-half-pounder is getting zero respect from most of the anglers out on the water, knowing if those fish enter the livewell, they’ll just have to be thrown back later if the angler hopes to do well today.
