We just got a report from B.A.S.S. Photog Kyle Jessie that Justin Atkins BassTrakk weight is off, by a lot.
BassTrakk has him sitting at 16-0, in 11th place. Jessie reported that Atkins’s scale shows him at 21-pounds. If that’s true, and the rest of the estimates are right, that would put Atkins in 4th place currently.
Atkins has been rotating through a variety of areas, picking one-off here and there. “They’ve just all been big”, Atkins said. Same areas as yesterday but the wind wasn’t allowing him to set up on them right like he’s been able to today.
One of those big ones is a smallmouth too, so we’ll see a big mixed bag hit the scales this evening provided Atkins makes it in with no issues.
