The Top 10 will move on after the scales close today to compete on Championship Sunday. Matt Robertson just elbowed his way back into the cut with a 5-pounder. Robertson had a phenomenal Day 1 with 22-6 to lead the event but followed that up with a dismal Day 2 with only four fish for 10-11. The always confident Robertson rallied here on Day 3 though and is unofficially sitting just shy of 18-pounds for the day.
Robertson has set the bar for the cut currently at 50-15 to get into the Top 10, and some of the names we’ve watched all week are just behind him. With only a few minutes left to fish, will Robertson hold on? We’ll see.
