Alex Redwine making a nice cull with his first fish over 3- pounds today. Redwine hanging in 33rd with 12- pounds, 11- ounces. We’re starting to see what it’s likely to take to make the Day 3 cut. Currently the top 47 cut to make it to day 3 is 11-2. By the end of the day, that spot will probably be occupied by a 13- pound bag. Meaning after Day 2, an angler will likely need around 25- pounds for two days to get back out on the water for day three when only 47 anglers will remain.
But that’s just some wild guessing and grabbing numbers out of the air. A lot of fishing left between now and then to see where the cutline shakes out.
