It was a very hot day to open our Lake Hartwell 5 Alive Sunday Series fall trail. We fished our first one on August 29, 2021, with 3 fish limit due to the heat. Congratulations to Jim Sanders and Guy Nealy on winning this event with a nice bag of 3 fish weighing 11.73 pounds. 2nd went to Brady Thornton with a big bag weighing in at 10.74. Travis and Levi Seagraves rounded out the top 3 bringing 10.52 to the scales. Brady Thornton also had big fish with a 5.65-pound bass. We appreciate everyone coming out on this very hot day. We will go back to the 5 fish limit for our next tournament on September 26th. We would like to thank Sean and Mary Riley and Neil Paul for helping make this event a success.
