If you are around any bass tournaments on Lake Hartwell you have probably heard the name, Jason Burroughs. They say he wins everything. He has teamed up with Darren Ashley and together they make a great team. The problem is they have never won a regular-season 5 Alive tournament….until now. They finish in the top 5 a lot. This past Sunday they got their first 5 Alive win on a very nice day but really tough fishing. They brought an impressive 15.27 to the scales. Following them for second place was Grayson Brewster and Blake Campbell with a nice bag of fish weighing 14.77. Right behind them were Donnie Sanders and Brandon Putnam in third place with 14.05. Big fish went to Jeremiah Armstrong and Skyler Queen with a very nice 5.66 pounder. We have 1 more tournament left in the spring trail then we will start the fall trail towards the end of August.
